1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 small tin of reduced sugar and salt baked beans
Olive oil

Natural yogurt or grated cheese to top
If making from scratch:
Sweat onion, celery and carrots together with a splash of olive oil in pan until soft. Add garlic and fry for one minute. Then add the bell pepper and the mince and cook until browned. Add tin of tomatoes and break down with spoon. Add tomato purée and spices and leave to simmer on a low heat stirring at intervals until the liquid has reduced.
If using leftover spag bol, just add chilli powder, cumin, cinnamon, bell pepper and beans and simmer to infuse spices.
